Summary

The Extension sends email content to an AI model provider (via a proxy API) to generate summaries and replies.
The proxy server does not store your full email content as application data.
Generated summaries and replies are saved only in your browser extension local cache so you can view history; clearing your browser/extension cache removes them.

Information We Process

Email content

When you use features like Summary, AI Reply, or Translate, the Extension reads the email content on the page and sends it to the AI service to produce an output.

Account email (for plan checks)

You can enter your email address in Settings. The proxy service may use this address to check subscription status and enforce usage limits.

Local cache

The Extension stores the latest generated summaries and replies in local browser storage so you can switch between versions (history). This data stays on your device.

Operational logs

The proxy service may record minimal operational metadata (such as request time, status, model used, and rate-limit counters) to operate the service and prevent abuse.

To generate summaries, replies, and translations.
To check subscription status and apply free/paid access rules.
To prevent abuse and keep the service reliable.
To provide support and debugging when needed.

Data Retention

Generated summaries and replies are stored only in your local browser extension cache. Clearing the cache removes them. The proxy service does not store your email content as application data.
