These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ChatGPT for Gmail (the “Service”), provided by the ChatGPT for Gmail Team.

1. Service description

The Service includes a browser extension and a proxy API that forwards requests to third-party AI model providers. The Service can summarize emails, generate replies, improve drafts, and translate text inside Gmail.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
• Do not attempt to bypass usage limits or subscription checks.
• Do not reverse engineer or misuse the Service to disrupt operations.

3. Privacy and data handling

The Service processes email content to generate outputs. Please review the Privacy Policy for details.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are offered through our payment page: https://tools.aluo.app/pay/pay-for-chatgpt4gmail.html. Pricing and billing terms are displayed during checkout.

Subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled. You can manage cancellation through the payment provider after checkout.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will continue to have access until then.

Fees are generally non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us at team@aluo.app and we will review your request.

6. Availability and limitations

We strive to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. AI outputs may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing any generated content before sending emails.

7. Disclaimers

ChatGPT for Gmail is an independent product and is not affiliated with Google. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we detect abuse, violations of these Terms, or security risks.

9. Governing law and dispute resolution

If you have a concern or dispute, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute, to the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Service provider is based (excluding conflict-of-laws rules), and disputes will be brought in the courts located in that jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, mandatory provisions of your local law may also apply.
